Every day is Tech Help Day at the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library. Our Information Services staff is ready to assist you with any tech issues during regular library hours. Please come prepared with specific questions, fully charged devices, and necessary logins and passwords. Staffing may vary and some topics may be limited by available software and time restraints. We will provide you with the appropriate resources if we cannot help with a specific topic or issue.  

Information Services staff can help with:

• Setting up and familiarizing yourself with your mobile device
• Learning how to download free books, audiobooks, magazines, and more from the library's digital collection
• Acquiring and improving basic computer skills
