First Time Users

1. Go to smfpl.kanopy.com and click “Add Library Card.” Type in your library card number and PIN (unless you changed it, it’s the last four digits of the phone number associated with your library card). If your library card is lost, or if you don’t know your PIN, please call the library.
2. Click "continue."
3. Enter your name, a valid email address, and a password of your choice.
4. To finish setting up your Kanopy account, you need to verify your email address. When you receive the verification email from no‑reply@kanopy.com, select "Verify Email."

Returning Users

1. Go to smfpl.kanopy.com and click “Log In.”
2. Log in using your email and the password you created.

Get the Kanopy App

You can access Kanopy from any device, including iOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku, and Chromecast. Look for the app on the Apple App store and the Google Play store.
